Bosch Communication Center has developed from the Alarm and Monitoring Center founded in Frankfurt in 1985. Currently, our Alarm and Monitoring Center is the largest such operation privately owned in Germany.
The foundation of our first Call Center in 1997 under the name of Bosch Telecom Service Center GmbH was a step forward in satisfying the increasing demands of our clients with regard to the provision of communication services and customer care.
All Bosch Communication Centers are part of Bosch Security Systems (Bosch Sicherheitssysteme), which can be located within the Consumer Goods and Building Technology division. (In Spain, the division of “Sistemas de Seguridad” is present in the English name Bosch Security Systems, S.A.U.).
Bosch Communication Center in Spain, whose main location is situated in Vigo, Pontevedra, was implemented as part of the existing society Bosch Security Systems S.A. constituting a new product business in order to offer full-line communication services for the Iberian Peninsula. Today, the organization consists of 4 sites, 3 of them located in Vigo and 1 in Madrid, comprising a total of approximately 1.550 work stations.
Operationally, the Contact Centers in Spain are part of the Bosch international network of Communication Centers of the division Bosch Sicherheitssysteme which are situated in Germany, France, the Netherlands, the UK, Romania, India and Argentina.
